8 Week Shred Program

This is a self guided 8 week program that will help you get into amazing shape for summer, any event or vacation! This is a 14 page plan that goes into detail of your workouts (5 day weight training split, 3 HIIT cardio routines, 3 core routines, 3 bonus routines), tips for success, an explanation of macronutrients, healthy meal swap ideas, a section to track measurement progress & more. I am so excited to be a part of your health & fitness journey & I am confident that you will see results from this program as long as you stay committed to the end! This plan does require a gym. Personalized 8 Week Training Plan

This is a personalized 8 week plan designed just for you & your specific goals! Before beginning, you will receive a 10 question survey via email that will help me understand your goals, your experience with gym equipment, your current resources (dumbbells at home, apartment gym, University gym), any injuries you may have had & more. After you have sent back your survey, I will design your personalized plan & have it back to you within a couple of days. Throughout your 8 weeks, you have the option to do weekly check ins so that you never feel like you have to do this alone! My goal is to educate you on balancing a busy lifestyle while still finding time to better yourself each day, how to make healthier food choices for your goals & tips for succeeding throughout your 8 weeks! Throughout this process, you will send me measurements & progress photos & if any adjustments need to be made to your plan, I will make them for FREE. This is a self guided program. I designed this 8 week plan to be used both in the gym, at home or for anyone who is just starting their health & fitness journey & isn’t sure where to begin. This document is 16 pages long & contains tips for success, your workouts (4 weight training days + 2 cardio sessions (at home sessions on here as well!) + 3 core sessions + bonus routines), nutrition advice on how to make healthier choices to reach your goals, what to do if you’re not seeing progress as quickly as you should be, a section for taking measurements, a supplement guide etc. You will receive your plan via email within 24 hours of your fully processed payment.
