Healthy Root Beer Float Recipe

Healthy root beer float..? Is that even a thing?
Okay almost.
This isn’t something you wanna have for breakfast, but it makes a perfect dessert & a healthier alternative to the real thing! This one tastes just as great, you just gotta get a lil creative!
This recipe is so simple, easy & gives you 20g of protein which makes it even better 😉

Ingredients
1 scoop Root Beer Float Phormula-1 Protein
1/2 c So Delicious Vanilla Bean (or dairy free vanilla ice cream of choice)
Unflavored sparkling water of choice

Directions
1.) Verrrrrry carefully stir together Phormula-1 & sparkling water. You absolutely can shake this in a blender bottle to make it easier, just be careful when opening it!
2.) Scoop your ice cream into a glass & slowly pour your protein over it!
DONE!
