I know it’s actually been Christmas since November 1st, but now that Thanksgiving is over, I can share that I already have had my tree up, openly play my holiday jazz and Brett Eldredge’s Christmas album & make allll the holiday treats! I was craving a peppermint mocha coffee this weekend (paired with Pillsbury’s Hot Cocoa Cinnamon Rolls of course!) and wanted to create something easy but healthy. Not too hard right 😉
So I give you my Healthy Peppermint Mocha!
8oz coffee
1 1/2 tsp unsweetened cacao powder
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 packet of stevia or truvia
Stir!
Top with whipped cream + a crushed mini candy cane!
That’s it. So simple & so good!
