Pumpkin Pie Protein Donuts

Tell what’s better than waking up in the morning & having a coffee & a delicious donut? NOTHING. THAT’S WHAT.
I’ve always been a donut girl. But now that my health is a top priority, having a sugary donut isn’t in the meal plan. You all know I love my pumpkin spice just as almost as much as my donuts, so I whipped up these quick healthy donuts that will only take you 30 minutes to make! These are perfect for a cozy Saturday morning breakfast, breakfast on the go or with 17g of protein per serving, as a post workout snack!

Recipe makes 12 donuts | 2 donuts per serving

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
5 scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein
1/4 cup light brown sugar
6 packets of Stevia
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 large eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4c dairy free butter melted (I use Earth Balance)

1.) Preheat oven to 350.
2.) Mix together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3.) Mix butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin & egg in a separate bowl.
4.) Add all ingredients together.
5.) Spray 2 donut tins with non stick spray & fill each with batter. (You can get those here)
Bake for 20 minutes.

Want to add frosting?
Mix together 1 cup of powdered stevia + 1.5 tbsp almond milk, drizzle over your cooled donuts!
