Quick Full Body Jump Rope Workout!

Screen Shot 2018-09-23 at 5.32.20 PMI’m that crazy person that loves to workout on vacation or loves to fit a workout in every day even if it’s only for 20 minutes & jump rope is the perfect way to do it. It’s so easy to throw a jump rope in your suitcase, purse (lunch break workout anyone?) or to throw in your gym bag. While visiting the cabin up north a couple of week ago, I packed up my jump rope & made the perfect full body hiit (high intensity interval training) routine & it was perfect. I didn’t feel like I missed out on any fun time with friends & family! I recommend doing a hiit routine if you want to get a sweat in but don’t want to spend lots of time working out!

☀️ Jump rope 1 minute
☀️ Back lunge left leg for 10
☀️ Jump rope right leg 30 sec
☀️ Back lunge right leg for 10
☀️ Jump rope left leg 30 sec
☀️ 10 triceps pushups
☀️ Jump rope 1 minute
☀️ 20 squats
☀️ Jump rope 1 minute
☀️ 10 dolphin push ups
☀️ Repeat 1-2x!
*Add a pair of dumbbells for extra resistance :)*
